Job Summary
We seek an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead our mechanical installation team on commercial building projects in Los Angeles, CA. This role requires a local candidate with a proven track record in successfully managing and executing HVAC installation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of HVAC installers and sheet metal workers on commercial projects.
- Oversee the duct work installation, ensuring it meets all specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to meet project timelines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications to plan and execute installation tasks.
- Monitor and report on job progress, addressing any issues that arise to keep the project on track.
- Train and mentor junior installers, guiding best practices and techniques.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality, with attention to detail in every aspect of the installation process.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial mechanical installation, focusing on duct work.
- Stable work history with a proven ability to lead and manage installation teams.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, duct work fabrication, and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
