Job Summary
We seek an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead our mechanical installation team on commercial building projects in Los Angeles, CA. This role requires a local candidate with a proven track record in successfully managing and executing HVAC installation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of HVAC installers and sheet metal workers on commercial projects.
Oversee the duct work installation, ensuring it meets all specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to meet project timelines.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications to plan and execute installation tasks.
Monitor and report on job progress, addressing any issues that arise to keep the project on track.
Train and mentor junior installers, guiding best practices and techniques.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality, with attention to detail in every aspect of the installation process.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial mechanical installation, focusing on duct work.
Stable work history with a proven ability to lead and manage installation teams.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, duct work fabrication, and installation methods.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
