Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales process for high-end HVAC solutions tailored specifically for commercial clients, with a specialization in data centers and critical infrastructure.
- Provide expert-level technical consultation and customized HVAC solutions to meet the unique demands of each client.
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, offering exceptional sales support and follow-up services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training on advanced HVAC systems for clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of HVAC projects, from design to commissioning.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to contribute to product innovation and stay ahead of industry advancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales engineering within the commercial HVAC sector, particularly for complex systems like chillers, boilers, VRFs, and air handling units.
- Deep understanding of HVAC technologies used in data centers and critical infrastructures, including energy efficiency strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong problem-solving and client service skills.
- A local and stable work history, along with a proven track record of successfully managing long-term client relationships, is essential.
