Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service and Start-Up Technician

Location: Orange County, CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and local Commercial HVAC Service and Start-Up Technician to join our team in Orange County, CA. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service, specializing in working on large rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, boilers, variable refrigerant flow systems (VRFs), and possess a stable work history. An EPA Universal certification is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance, service, and repair on a variety of commercial HVAC systems, with a focus on large RTUs, chillers, boilers, and VRFs.
  • Perform start-up and commissioning procedures to ensure the optimal performance of HVAC equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute service and maintenance schedules.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards for all service and repair activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of service work performed and parts used.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

Qualifications:
  • A local resident of Orange County, CA.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC service, specializing in large RTUs, chillers, boilers, and VRFs.
  • A stable work history with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • EPA Universal certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC system issues.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strict adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
