Job Summary
We seek an experienced Building Automation Service Technician in Los Angeles, CA, with a strong background in HVAC systems and building automation controls. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, be locally based, and have at least three years of experience servicing and troubleshooting building automation systems within commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on building automation systems (BAS), focusing on HVAC systems in commercial environments.
  • Work with BACnet, DDC controls, and other systems such as ALC, Alerton, Tridium Niagara, and Distech to ensure seamless operation and integration across various platforms.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring they can effectively manage their BAS.
  • Using tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and MS Project, maintain accurate records of service calls, system configurations, and customer interactions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years in building automation controls service, specifically with HVAC systems in commercial settings.
  • Proficiency with BACnet, DDC controls, ALC, Alerton, and Tridium Niagara.
  • Candidates must be based in Los Angeles, CA, with a demonstrated history of stable employment in the industry.
  • Experience with industry-standard software, including Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and BAS platforms.
  •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and resolve issues efficiently.
