Overview

We seek an experienced and driven BAS Sales Engineer to join our team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will develop long-term business-to-business relationships with diverse clients, including data centers, healthcare facilities, government buildings, school districts, and higher education institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert consulting support to architects, engineers, contractors, and owners for building control and mechanical systems, ensuring optimal solutions tailored to project needs.
  • Accurately estimate control system hardware and installation costs based on project plans, specifications, and other contract documents.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure successful project implementation, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Deliver industry presentations and seminars to educate and influence the consulting, contracting, and building engineering community on the latest advancements in building automation systems.
  • Oversee project financials, ensuring budgets are adhered to, and financial goals are met.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred, but other disciplines are welcome).
  • Extensive experience with building and mechanical systems and knowledge of DDC control theory and applications.
  • Proven professional business-to-business sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong collaborative communication and interactive skills, with the ability to work independently and unsupervised.
