This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in HVAC controls, troubleshooting, and commissioning while working on cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Skillfully troubleshoot, calibrate, repair, and operate control systems and related hardware, software, and equipment.
  • Help manage a low voltage installation subcontractor, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Lead the start-up and commissioning of building automation systems, ensuring systems function according to design intent.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and complete field documentation, including as-built drawing sets, project check-out sheets, and UL Panel Tags.
  •  Interface directly with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or certificate in an Applied Technologies field.
  • Exposure to electronics, basic electrical circuits, and programming concepts; understanding DDC (Direct Digital Controls) and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming.
  • Experience working with and troubleshooting mechanical systems.
  • Ability to update and maintain control diagrams and drawing sets accurately reflecting on-site conditions.
  • Local and stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
