Job Summary
The BAS Account Manager manages customer relationships, executes Support Agreements (SA), and supports sales and minor projects. This role interfaces with customers and internal departments to fulfill SA needs, focusing on building automation, mechanical systems, and account management.

The BAS Account Manager manages customer relationships, executes Support Agreements (SA), and supports sales and minor projects. This role interfaces with customers and internal departments to fulfill SA needs, focusing on building automation, mechanical systems, and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct Sales-to-Ops turnover and SA kick-off meetings.
- Set up and manage new agreements.
- Schedule and ensure execution of SA visits, including emergency site visits.
- Prepare customers and technicians for site visits.
- Maintain comprehensive service records and provide documentation to customers.
- Respond to emergency requests from customers promptly.
- Review financial reports for SAs monthly.
- Conduct audits and review financial status with management.
- Ensure timely invoice processing and follow-up on aging AR.
- Provide sales assistance and parts quotes.
- Manage small projects and subcontractors.
- Participate in energy analytics assessments.
- Maintain knowledge of DDC Control Theory & Applications and mechanical systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience in building mechanical systems and controls.
- Proven account/project management skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle long-term projects and unanticipated demands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of building automation systems and energy management.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
