Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Orange County, CA. The ideal candidate should have a local presence, a stable work history, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management. With a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing design, estimating, and project management, the candidate should be well-versed in tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore. Previous involvement in large-scale commercial projects is crucial.

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strong leadership in overseeing commercial plumbing projects from inception to completion.
  • Design and Estimation: Play a key role in the design and estimation processes for commercial plumbing systems.
  • Project Management: Manage all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget control.
  • Documentation Control: Utilize tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore for effective document management and coordination.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance measures to meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and best practices in all plumbing activities.
  • Reporting: Generate regular and comprehensive project status reports for senior management and clients.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing design, estimating, and project management.
  • Proficiency in construction management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
