Job Summary
We seek an experienced Sr. HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Kingsland, GA. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience, extensive knowledge of large HVAC equipment, and strong leadership skills. As a senior HVAC Service Technician, you will lead field operations, ensuring top-tier service, repair, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the service, repair, startup, and commissioning of large commercial HVAC equipment including package units, chillers, boilers, and rooftop units.
- Manage and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, providing hands-on guidance and leadership in the field.
- Ensure efficient and high-quality service operations, troubleshooting complex HVAC issues and implementing practical solutions.
- Maintain a clean driving record while performing field service tasks, ensuring all work complies with local and federal safety regulations.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills by providing clear communication and technical expertise during client interactions.
- 10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience with expertise in large HVAC systems (package units, chillers, boilers, etc.).
- EPA Universal Certification is required.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team in the field, balancing hands-on work with team supervision.
- Clean driving record and ability to travel to various job sites in Kingsland and surrounding areas.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with HVAC system diagnostics, startup, and repair.
