This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our sheet metal fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, a stable and local work history, and expertise in managing shop operations, including revenue, profit, training, safety, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the sheet metal fabrication shop, ensuring efficiency and productivity in all processes.
Monitor and manage the shop's revenue and profit, implementing strategies to optimize financial performance.
Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of the fabrication team, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest techniques and safety protocols.
Implement and maintain strict safety and quality control standards to ensure a safe working environment and high-quality output.

Qualifications
The candidate must be a local candidate with a proven, stable work history in sheet metal fabrication.
