Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and resolving concerns.
  • Oversee high-priority service calls and manage quotes/invoices for accuracy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, driving both new and repeat business.
  • Lead an Account Coordinator and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Meet sales KPIs and prepare regular progress reports for leadership.
  • Stay updated on products/services to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor after-hours service calls for critical clients.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience.
  • 5+ years in management roles.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in HVAC CRM software (e.g., Service Channel, FEXA, Corrigo).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • HVAC industry certifications.
