Job Title: Senior HVAC Project Manager
Location: Orange County, CA
Job Description: We are currently seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior HVAC Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex projects within our organization. The perfect candidate will have extensive experience managing commercial HVAC projects, particularly within hospital settings (OSHPD experience required).
Responsibilities:
- Oversee, manage, and take full responsibility for large-scale HVAC projects from inception to successful completion.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and all involved parties, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Generate detailed project plans that define scope, schedule, budget, and resources required.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards throughout the duration of each project.
- Proficient use of project management software, including Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel, to monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Lead project teams and foster cross-departmental cooperation to achieve project success.
- Establish and maintain clear lines of communication with clients, delivering regular updates on project status and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Draw on a deep understanding of the HVAC industry to troubleshoot and resolve complicated issues.
- Attend and contribute to project meetings and present reports on project status to company management.
Qualifications:
- 15-25 years of experience in a HVAC Project Manager role, ideally in a commercial setting.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
- Mandatory experience with OSHPD hospital projects.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and project schedules effectively.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Orange County, CA.
