Job Title: Senior HVAC Project Manager

Location: Orange County, CA

Job Description: We are currently seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior HVAC Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex projects within our organization. The perfect candidate will have extensive experience managing commercial HVAC projects, particularly within hospital settings (OSHPD experience required).

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee, manage, and take full responsibility for large-scale HVAC projects from inception to successful completion.
  2. Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and all involved parties, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  3. Generate detailed project plans that define scope, schedule, budget, and resources required.
  4. Maintain strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards throughout the duration of each project.
  5. Proficient use of project management software, including Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel, to monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  6. Lead project teams and foster cross-departmental cooperation to achieve project success.
  7. Establish and maintain clear lines of communication with clients, delivering regular updates on project status and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
  8. Draw on a deep understanding of the HVAC industry to troubleshoot and resolve complicated issues.
  9. Attend and contribute to project meetings and present reports on project status to company management.

Qualifications:

  1. 15-25 years of experience in a HVAC Project Manager role, ideally in a commercial setting.
  2. Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
  3. Mandatory experience with OSHPD hospital projects.
  4. Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and project schedules effectively.
  6. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  8. Must be located in or willing to relocate to Orange County, CA.
