Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of HVAC projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and client expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports, using industry-standard software like Bluebeam and MS Project.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the project team, ensuring all members are aligned with project goals and safety standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a service coordinator or dispatcher in the commercial HVAC industry, with a stable work history.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and building automation systems like Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, and BACnet.
- Proficient in Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software tools.
- Candidates must be local to the Bay Area and deeply understand the regional market and client base.
- Familiarity with the operations and standards of leading HVAC companies in the Bay Area, such as Southland Industries and ACCO.
