Job Summary:
The Plumbing Service Technician will maintain, repair, and install plumbing systems in various settings, including commercial properties and homeowner associations (HOAs). This role is fast-paced and requires a detail-oriented professional with comprehensive expertise in the plumbing field.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plumbing Service Technician.
Commercial or HOA experience is preferred.
Must possess a breadth of expertise and not be specialized in any singular plumbing discipline.
Reputation for being high integrity, hard-working, fast-paced, and attentive to detail.
Comfort with a commission structure is preferred; however, this is not a sales-oriented role.
Must have a complete set of personal tools required for plumbing tasks.
Ability to pass DMV, background, and drug tests.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and install various plumbing systems in commercial and residential environments.
Perform regular maintenance of plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including caring for and maintaining company vehicles and tools.
Complete paperwork, reports, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions courteously and professionally.

Able to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy objects, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid plumbing certification or license in the state of California is preferred.
