Job Summary
We seek an experienced Mechanical Systems Sales & Estimating Executive to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is essential for driving sales growth by providing customized mechanical systems solutions to commercial clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience in the mechanical trades, including HVAC, plumbing, pipe fitting, or sheet metal, and have a strong background in project management, customer interaction, and sales estimating. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, foster long-term relationships, and identify new business opportunities within the commercial mechanical sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create accurate, competitive proposals, including plan and spec bids. Conduct job walks to understand the project scope and requirements thoroughly.
  • Work closely with project managers, labor teams, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of mechanical systems projects from conception to completion.
  • Leverage your hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal to offer expert recommendations and solutions that meet client needs.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and provide insight into market trends to drive company growth in the Phoenix area.
Qualifications
  • Must be a local candidate with a proven track record of stable work history in the commercial mechanical construction sector.
  • Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, pipe fitting, or sheet metal work is essential. Knowledge of the commercial mechanical trades is critical for success in this role.
  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish, including labor coordination and oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, proposal development, and working on plan and spec bids for commercial mechanical projects.
  • Proficiency in estimating and project management software, including Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
