- Participate in pre-bid meetings to gather essential information and clarify project details.
- Perform detailed takeoffs of the project scope, calculating the complete range of work involved.
- Evaluate different design options, recommending the most cost-effective, efficient, and suitable solutions based on the project's needs, considering factors like cost, engineering quality, and material availability.
