Key Responsibilities
- Led and managed the pre-construction phase of large commercial mechanical projects, focusing on HVAC systems, ensuring projects were completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement estimating and sales strategies, providing accurate project cost estimates while identifying value engineering opportunities to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and specifications.
- Utilize on-screen takeoff software for precise project planning and estimation; experience with CAD and Revit is plus but optional.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent field experience will be considered.
- Proven track record in managing large commercial mechanical projects focusing on HVAC systems.
- Strong expertise in estimating, sales, and value engineering strategies.
- Proficiency in on-screen takeoff software, with working knowledge of CAD and Revit being advantageous.
- Local candidates with a stable work history are required.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple teams and subcontractors.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with all project stakeholders.
