The ideal candidate will be responsible for system diagnostics, programming, and optimization, ensuring efficient building operations across various commercial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair BAS/DDC systems, including HVAC controls, chillers, air handlers, and VAV systems, to ensure peak performance.
- Program, commission, and integrate new and existing BAS platforms, ensuring seamless operation with BACnet and other industry-standard protocols.
- Optimize and maintain BAS systems such as Tridium Niagara, Distech, Alerton, ALC, Metasys, and Schneider Electric, ensuring proper system functionality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with project teams to execute system retrofits, upgrades, and expansions while complying with commercial building specifications.
- Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, programming changes, and service records using AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Navisworks.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BAS/DDC service, programming, and integration within commercial HVAC applications.
- Advanced expertise with BAS platforms, including Tridium Niagara, Distech, ALC, Alerton, Metasys, and Schneider Electric.
- Strong understanding of HVAC components such as chillers, boilers, VAV systems, and VFDs.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Trimble AutoBid for system design and documentation.
- Familiarity with local commercial building codes and industry standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
