This role is focused on driving sales of high-quality ductwork, sheet metal products, and industrial dust collection and exhaust systems. The successful candidate will leverage their commercial and industrial HVAC expertise to develop strong client relationships, provide customized solutions, and help expand our market presence in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for ductwork, sheet metal, and industrial HVAC systems. Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including duct fabrication, industrial exhaust systems, and dust collection systems, to provide clients with expert product recommendations and technical support.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and overall client satisfaction.
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 5-10 years of sales experience in the HVAC, sheet metal, or industrial products sector, with a strong background in duct work and industrial exhaust systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, particularly in dust collection and exhaust applications, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is required. Experience with Autodesk Fabrication or other HVAC-specific software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to negotiate and close sales while fostering long-term relationships.
- A demonstrated history of stable employment in the San Francisco market is essential.
