Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Industrial HVAC Sales Representative to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This role focuses on driving sales of high-quality duct work, sheet metal products, and industrial dust collection and exhaust systems to clients in the commercial and industrial HVAC sector. You will leverage your industry expertise to develop strong client relationships, provide tailored solutions, and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow sales of duct work, sheet metal, and industrial HVAC systems. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain lasting relationships with contractors, engineers, and project managers. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and offering product solutions that align with their project specifications.
- Utilize your understanding of HVAC systems, duct fabrication, and industrial exhaust and dust collection systems to provide clients with expert product recommendations and support.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Leverage this knowledge to better position our products and services in the marketplace.
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction.
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5-10 years of sales experience in HVAC, sheet metal, or industrial products, with a strong understanding of duct work and industrial exhaust systems.
- Solid technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including dust collection and exhaust systems, and the ability to translate this expertise into sales success are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is essential. Experience with Autodesk Fabrication or other industry-specific software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, focusing on building long-term client relationships.
- A local and stable work history in the Las Vegas market is required.
