Job Title: HVAC Controls Technician
Location: Seattle, WA

Job Overview
We seek a highly skilled HVAC Controls Technician to join our team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient operation of commercial HVAC systems through advanced controls and automation technologies. Key Responsibilities
  • Install, program, and calibrate building automation systems, including Tridium Niagara, Distech, Alerton, ALC, and Johnson Controls Metasys.
  • Conduct diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC control systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with design specifications.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop, review, and modify BAS sequences of operations and ensure proper system integration.
  • Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam to interpret and create system designs, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
  • Provide technical training and support to clients and end-users, ensuring proper operation and maintenance of HVAC control systems.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC controls, with a proven ability to work on complex BAS platforms.
  • Proficiency in industry-leading automation systems such as Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, or Schneider Electric.
  • Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and maintaining BAS hardware/software.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, including MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Local and stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment to quality work.
