Summary
We are seeking a friendly and experienced HVAC/BAS Sales Account Manager for our Seattle, WA location. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, excellent sales and account management skills, and experience with building automation controls systems for HVAC equipment.
Responsibilities
- Sales and Estimating: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prepare estimates, and close sales with new and existing customers.
- Account Management: Manage and oversee HVAC and BAS service accounts, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and account status.
