Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our San Diego, CA team. You'll work across various commercial projects, playing a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, service, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, air handlers, and cooling towers.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep equipment operating efficiently and reliably.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical components, such as motors, compressors, control systems, and wiring.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to explain issues, solutions, and recommendations.
Complete accurate and timely documentation, including service reports, maintenance records, and work orders.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.
Strong working knowledge of commercial mechanical and electrical systems.
EPA Universal Certification is required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience with large-scale commercial HVAC systems is a strong plus.
Work Environment
This position is based in San Diego, CA, and involves travel to various commercial job sites across the region.
Work is performed indoors and outdoors, often in varying weather and environmental conditions.
