Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate sales opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to determine the scope of HVAC service needs.
- Prepared and presented detailed proposals and estimates to clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and project lifecycle.
- Must be based in or near San Jose, CA.
- Demonstrated consistency in previous employment.
- At least three years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and commercial applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
