Job Summary
The HVAC Service Coordinator will manage service schedules, coordinate with technicians, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be local to the Bay Area, have a stable work history, and possess a minimum of five years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service calls, dispatching technicians to various job sites.
- Maintain and manage service records and customer files.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide timely updates.
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and track service performance metrics, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing resolutions promptly and professionally.
- Local to the Bay Area with the ability to commute to San Jose, CA.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a service coordinator or dispatcher in the commercial HVAC industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using service management software and other relevant tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of local HVAC regulations and standards.
- Experience in customer service and handling high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
