Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish contact with potential commercial clients within the San Diego territory.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Research and track accounts, generating or following through on HVAC sales leads.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new sales opportunities, focusing on commercial mechanical systems.
- Recommend strategic marketing approaches to target specific market sectors.
- Prepared and submitted detailed sales reports to management, including forecasts and market analysis.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets while maintaining a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business or engineering is preferred.
- With a minimum of 5-10 years of proven sales experience, we strongly favor HVAC industry expertise.
- Demonstrated understanding of commercial mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and building automation systems.
- Proficiency with sales tracking tools and platforms like Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk Fabrication.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A local and stable work history is required.
