We seek a skilled and experienced HVAC Project Coordinator to join our dynamic San Francisco, CA team. This position requires a local candidate with a stable work history who can manage complex projects, coordinate with various teams, and ensure the successful execution of HVAC service tasks. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage HVAC service projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with technicians, clients, and vendors to schedule and coordinate service activities, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and service records. Ensure all records comply with company and industry standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and providing updates on project status. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Utilize in-depth San Francisco HVAC market knowledge to coordinate resources and manage project logistics effectively.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Service Coordinator, or Dispatcher in the commercial HVAC industry.
  • Candidates must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area and demonstrate a stable work history.
  • Extensive understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and building automation systems. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HVAC-related software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise while coordinating HVAC projects.
  • Experience managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction in a service-oriented environment.
