Job Title: HVAC Product Sales Coordinator
Location: Camarillo, CA

We seek a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Product Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Camarillo, CA. This pivotal role will manage the product sales cycle, ensure customer satisfaction, and support our sales team with accurate quotations, project coordination, and product expertise. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met with tailored HVAC product solutions. 
  • Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for HVAC products, systems, and services. 
  • Oversee sales projects from inception to completion, collaborating with internal teams (operations, engineering, and logistics) to ensure projects are executed smoothly and meet customer expectations.
  • Act as a resource for customers and internal teams, offering detailed knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and energy-efficient technologies to inform product recommendations and drive sales success.
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups with customers. Monitor sales performance against targets and assist in preparing sales forecasts and reports.
Qualifications
  •  A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Additional education or certifications in HVAC, mechanical engineering, or related fields is a plus. 
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HVAC product sales, with a focus on the commercial market.
  • Proven knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, and building automation systems. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal teams. Experience in preparing quotes, negotiating contracts, and managing customer expectations.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), CRM systems, and learning new software tools quickly.
  • A track record of stability in previous roles, particularly within the local Camarillo area, is highly preferred.
