Summary
We seek a highly experienced HVAC Dispatcher to join our San Jose, CA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the commercial HVAC industry, particularly in coordinating and scheduling service calls, and at least five years of relevant experience. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service calls and dispatch HVAC technicians to various job sites.
- Maintain communication with technicians and clients to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Monitor and manage the status of ongoing service calls and update clients accordingly.
- Handle emergency service requests and prioritize jobs based on urgency and client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and technician activities.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering necessary parts and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a service coordinator or dispatcher in the commercial HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in using dispatching software and other computer applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
