Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the company's objectives and culture.
Oversee talent acquisition, retention strategies, and succession planning.
Design and manage processes to evaluate employee performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
Direct and oversee the creation of training and development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement.
Design competitive compensation structures and benefits packages.
Foster positive employee relations, address grievances and mediate workplace disputes.
Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with local, state, and federal laws.
Promote an inclusive workplace culture and develop initiatives to support diversity.
Lead the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
Requirements:
Must be local to Orange County, CA.
A minimum of 15 years in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in an HR Director role or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
