Key Responsibilities
Design and engineer electrical systems for commercial HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects.
Develop power distribution layouts, control schematics, and lighting systems for mechanical infrastructure.
Coordinate with mechanical engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure seamless system integration.
Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam for electrical design, modeling, and documentation.
To enhance system performance and safety, perform load calculations, short circuit analysis, and arc flash studies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in electrical design within the commercial mechanical construction industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and electrical design software.
Strong understanding of power distribution, motor controls, and building automation systems (BAS).
Local and stable work history demonstrating expertise in commercial, healthcare, or industrial projects.
