Key Responsibilities
- Design and engineer electrical systems for commercial HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects.
- Develop power distribution layouts, control schematics, and lighting systems for mechanical infrastructure.
- Coordinate with mechanical engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure seamless system integration.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam for electrical design, modeling, and documentation.
- To enhance system performance and safety, perform load calculations, short circuit analysis, and arc flash studies.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical design within the commercial mechanical construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and electrical design software.
- Strong understanding of power distribution, motor controls, and building automation systems (BAS).
- Local and stable work history demonstrating expertise in commercial, healthcare, or industrial projects.
