The ideal candidate has a local and stable work history and at least three years of hands-on experience servicing BAS/DDC systems in commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on BAS/DDC systems, including HVAC controls, chillers, air handlers, and VFDs.
- Assist in system upgrades and new BAS commissioning, ensuring proper functionality using BACnet and DDC protocols.
- Work with leading BAS platforms such as Tridium Niagara, Alerton, Distech, ALC, and Johnson Controls Metasys, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.
- Provide technical support and customer service, preparing detailed service reports and recommending solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit to maintain accurate service records, document system modifications, and track performance metrics.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with BAS/DDC systems in commercial settings, focusing on HVAC controls, chillers, air handlers, and related equipment.
- Strong knowledge of BAS platforms, including Tridium Niagara, Alerton, Distech, ALC, and Johnson Controls Metasys, as well as BACnet and DDC protocols.
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex BAS issues, demonstrating technical expertise and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit for documentation and system analysis.
- A stable and local work history in the Seattle, WA market, ensuring familiarity with area-specific building standards and rapid response capabilities.
