Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Controls Senior Project Manager to join our team in Riverside, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical or electrical engineering background, extensive control systems experience, and a proven track record of project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage control projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
- Oversee control systems' installation, configuration, and maintenance, including BACnet, DDC controls, and various specific control systems.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and technicians to develop project plans and specifications.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Visio to design and document control systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Conduct regular project reviews and prepare detailed reports on project status.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the controls industry.
- Stable work history demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Visio.
- Extensive knowledge of BACnet, DDC controls, and various control systems
- Experience with Tridium, Dystype, Niagara, ALC, Allerton, Johnson Controls, and Metasys systems.
- An EIT or PE license is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
