The candidate should possess N4 Certification and have expertise in the installation, service, start-up, and commissioning of controls systems. Knowledge in point-to-point, programming, estimating, sales, design and engineering, as well as project or account management, is crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Controls System Sales: Drive sales efforts for commercial building automation controls systems.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing information and support.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of controls systems, including Alerton, ALC, Tridium Niagara, Distech, and others.
- N4 Certification: Utilize N4 Certification or equivalent expertise in sales presentations and discussions.
- Installation and Service Support: Collaborate with technical teams to provide sales support for the installation, service, start-up, and commissioning of controls systems.
- Point-to-Point Verification: Communicate technical details, including point-to-point verification, to clients during the sales process.
- Programming Guidance: Provide guidance on controls system programming based on client needs.
- Estimating Support: Collaborate on estimating activities related to controls projects.
- Design and Engineering Input: Offer input during the design and engineering phases of controls projects.
- Project and Account Management Collaboration: Collaborate with project and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial building automation controls.
- Proficiency in controls systems such as Alerton, ALC, Tridium Niagara, Distech, etc.
- N4 Certification or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience in installation, service, start-up, and commissioning of controls systems.
- Point-to-point verification skills.
- Strong programming capabilities for controls systems.
- Experience in estimating, sales, design and engineering, and project or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
