Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Controls Assistant Project Manager to join our progressive team in Orange, CA. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the entire lifecycle of building automation control projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
- Collaborate closely with project teams on the installation, servicing, and programming of control systems across diverse commercial environments.
- Utilize AutoCAD to develop detailed project designs and schematics, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry standards.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control system integration and functionality.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of all project activities, ensuring compliance with industry practices and client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, consistently exceeding their expectations and enhancing project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in building automation controls, with a proven track record in project management.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Tridium, Niagara, or N4 controls platforms is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective team collaboration and client interactions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
