Responsibilities:
- Forge and nurture lasting relationships with facility managers and leadership of large-scale building owners in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Analyze client requirements and HVAC system needs to deliver customized, practical solutions.
- Drive the sales process in the commercial HVAC domain, from lead generation to closing.
- Offer expertise on various HVAC systems, including large-tonnage units, chillers, boilers, and more.
- Develop competitive sales proposals and oversee project estimation processes.
- Manage project execution to ensure client needs, budget, and timeline compliance.
- Coordinate with technical teams to guarantee service quality and project success.
- Remain updated on industry trends, new technologies, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in commercial HVAC sales and project oversight.

- Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area with a stable work history.
