Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline focused on selling service maintenance agreements to commercial building owners in the Orange County area.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information on client needs and develop tailored maintenance solutions.
- Present and negotiate service maintenance agreements, ensuring alignment with client needs and company offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including service technicians and project managers, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions to ensure a competitive edge.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain a stable work history and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience selling service maintenance agreements to commercial building owners.
- Proven sales abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze client needs and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Must be local to Orange County, CA, or willing to relocate.
- Stable work history and adherence to company policies and procedures.
