Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Field Supervisor to join our team in Kingsland, GA. The ideal candidate will bring over ten years of commercial HVAC service experience, with a strong focus on large equipment such as package units, chillers, and boilers. This role demands leadership and hands-on expertise, ensuring commercial HVAC systems' successful operation, startup, and commissioning. As a critical leader in the field, you will manage a team of technicians, coordinate service operations, and provide top-notch service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery across various commercial projects.
- Perform hands-on service, repair, and commissioning of large commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and packaged units.
- Oversee and manage HVAC installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance, ensuring all work complies with industry standards and client specifications.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality service, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- 10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience, focusing on large equipment such as chillers, boilers, and package units.
- Proven experience in startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of technicians.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- EPA Universal Certification is required.
- Clean driving record and ability to travel locally to job sites.
- Local presence and a stable work history are essential.
