Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Project Management: Lead building automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Advanced Technical Oversight: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of building automation systems, including advanced HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
- Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, team members, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and resolution of complex issues.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project strategies, managing resources and timelines to achieve project objectives.
- Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and develop project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building automation or a related field, with a focus on project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Project Management, or a related discipline, with a preference for advanced degrees or certifications.
- Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or building automation systems.
- Based in Omaha, Nebraska, with a consistent and stable work history.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects and manage diverse teams effectively.
