Position Overview:

As we continue to grow, we are searching for a seasoned BAS Sales Executive who can deepen our engagement with existing clients while reaching out to untapped market sectors. The ideal candidate will have a rich history in commercial sales, with a particular emphasis on BAS or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales for our suite of BAS products and services to commercial clients in the San Diego area.
  2. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, understand their unique needs, and tailor solutions accordingly.
  4. Collaborate with the technical and design teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and project specifications.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in BAS technology.
  6. Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to represent [Your Company Name] and to network with potential clients.
  7. Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to the management team.
  8. Address client concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be local to San Diego, CA.
  2. A stable work history that showcases reliability and commitment.
  3. A minimum of 5 years in commercial sales. Experience in BAS or a related domain is highly preferred.
  4. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Strong understanding of BAS, its applications, and benefits for commercial clients.
  6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
