Assistant Project Manager - Building Automation Controls

Location: Seattle, WA

Position Type: Full-Time

Overview:

We are currently seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Seattle. This role is ideal for someone local with a stable work history and a minimum of two years of experience in building automation systems, particularly within commercial environments such as schools, high-rises, and data centers.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Assist in managing all phases of building automation control projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Technical Support: Provide technical support for HVAC control systems, including but not limited to Distech, Tridium, Niagara, Allerton, ALC, Trane, and Johnson Controls Medicis.
Client Interaction: Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure their requirements are met and to build lasting relationships.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of installations and service, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with senior project managers and other team members to share knowledge and assist in project planning and execution.

Qualifications:

Local residency in Seattle, WA.
At least two years of experience in building automation controls.
Familiarity with key technologies such as Distech, Tridium, Niagara, Allerton, ALC, Trane, and Johnson Controls Medicis.
Proven ability to manage multiple project tasks under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
