Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers in overseeing commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel to deliver exceptional mechanical installations.
  • Facilitate the installation of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, piping, medical gas systems, and building automation systems.
  • Use software tools like Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit to create schedules, update workflows, and maintain project documentation.
  • Contribute to financial management, helping to monitor budgets and implement cost-control strategies for optimal project outcomes.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred—equivalent experience considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC or plumbing project support role, with a stable and local work history in Los Angeles, CA.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Trimble AutoBid software.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with mechanical systems, including advanced HVAC, piping, and plumbing configurations, and understanding of local codes and regulations.
