- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain financial health and liquidity.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Support audit and tax filing processes by providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Ensure strict compliance with accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- CPA designation is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, ideally in the HVAC or construction industry.
- Profound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- High proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
