Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all facets of the sheet metal division, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in all projects.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a harmonious and productive working environment.
Review and interpret project blueprints regularly, ensuring work aligns with client specifications and industry standards.
Maintain a robust communication framework with all stakeholders, keeping them updated and swiftly addressing any concerns or challenges.
Formulate, monitor, and adjust project timelines and resources to guarantee timely and top-quality project delivery.
Ensure all projects align with local, state, and industry-specific safety and quality regulations.
Manage budgets, forecast resources, and ensure cost-effective operations within the division.
Mentor, guide, and train junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Qualifications:
Must have a local residence in Honolulu, HI, or its surrounding areas.
A consistent and stable professional work history.
A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in commercial sheet metal, with proven managerial experience.
Thorough knowledge of sheet metal tools, software, best practices, and industry standards.
Exceptional communication skills, facilitating smooth interactions with diverse teams and clients.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and quality.
