Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of HVAC and sheet metal project execution, from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
- To drive project success, apply in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, piping, and building automation systems.
- Work collaboratively with engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to achieve project goals.
- Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and address potential risks while ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years in mechanical project management, with expertise in large-scale HVAC and sheet metal projects.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD. Familiarity with Revit and Navisworks is an advantage.
- Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, sheet metal applications, and building automation systems like Tridium Niagara and Johnson Controls Metasys.
- Must have a local and stable work history.
