Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of HVAC and sheet metal project execution, from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
To drive project success, apply in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, piping, and building automation systems.
Work collaboratively with engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to achieve project goals.
Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and address potential risks while ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years in mechanical project management, with expertise in large-scale HVAC and sheet metal projects.
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD. Familiarity with Revit and Navisworks is an advantage.
Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, sheet metal applications, and building automation systems like Tridium Niagara and Johnson Controls Metasys.
Must have a local and stable work history.
