Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead and supervise the comprehensive life cycle of plumbing/HVAC projects in healthcare facilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure streamlined operations and project success.

• Regularly review and interpret project blueprints, specifications, and contracts to ensure alignment with client needs and regulatory standards.

• Maintain consistent communication channels with all stakeholders, promptly providing updates and addressing concerns.

• Develop and monitor project timelines, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.

• Ensure adherence to local, state, and industry-specific safety and quality protocols, particularly those unique to healthcare environments.

• Strategically allocate resources, manage project budgets, and ensure cost-effective project management.

• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Qualifications:

• Must be locally based in Honolulu, HI.

• A stable work history.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in plumbing/HVAC project management, with a significant portion dedicated to healthcare projects.

• Comprehensive knowledge of industry-specific tools, software, and best practices.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Exceptional communication abilities, capable of liaising effectively with diverse teams and clients.

• Adept in managing multiple projects and simultaneously prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in risk assessment, ensuring project delivery is both timely and compliant.
