Job Summary
We seek an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, particularly large-scale projects such as hospitals, schools, airports, data centers, high-rises, hotels, and arenas. This role is critical to successfully delivering our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from inception to completion.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and project teams.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience managing commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, with a strong track record in large-scale projects such as hospitals, schools, airports, data centers, high-rises, hotels, and arenas.
A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with equivalent field experience will also be considered.
Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to the Phoenix, AZ area.
A stable work history with a proven ability to manage complex projects effectively.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Familiarity with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
