This role is critical to successfully delivering our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and project teams.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, with a strong track record in large-scale projects such as hospitals, schools, airports, data centers, high-rises, hotels, and arenas.
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with equivalent field experience will also be considered.
- Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to the Phoenix, AZ area.
- A stable work history with a proven ability to manage complex projects effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
