Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client contact, managing relationships and meeting client needs.
- Oversee an Account Coordinator to ensure smooth client communications.
- Drive business growth by retaining clients and securing new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless project and service execution.
- Resolved client issues and managed high-priority service calls.
- Review quotes and invoices for accuracy before client submission.
- Meet sales KPIs and generate reports for clients and senior leaders.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC service.
- 5+ years in a management role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and meet/exceed sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Service Channel, FEXA, Corrigo) and tools like Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Industry certifications and experience with Service Titan are preferred.
