Job Title: Senior HVAC Foreman
Location: Philadelphia, PA

Job Summary:
We're hiring an experienced Senior HVAC Foreman to join our commercial installation team in a tools-on leadership role. We want to hear from you if you have a strong background in airside HVAC systems, VRF installations, and managing field crews on large-scale commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee field crews (up to 10 personnel) on commercial HVAC installation projects.
  • Installed and coordinated airside HVAC components, including duct work, RTUs, VRF/VRV systems, and VAVs.
  • Field verify, measure, and order duct work in coordination with our CAD and in-house fabrication teams.
  • Collaborate with project managers and coordinate with other trades on-site
  • Utilize project tools such as Bluebeam Procore and follow critical path scheduling
  • Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and crew productivity in the field
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of commercial HVAC installation experience with a stable local work history
  • Proven leadership experience managing HVAC crews on mid-to-large commercial projects
  • Advanced knowledge of airside HVAC systems, including VRFs and copper piping
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical plans and coordinating with CAD teams
  • Familiar with construction software tools, including Bluebeam and Procore
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example in a tools-on role
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Factory training or certification in VRV/VRF system startups
  • Experience in both HVAC and mechanical scopes (piping, plumbing)
  • Prior experience in a Mechanical Superintendent or Piping Lead role
Location & Work Environment:
This is a field-based role with projects throughout the Philadelphia, PA area. You’ll work hands-on at commercial job sites and collaborate closely with our in-house shop, CAD team, and project managers.
