Key Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with clients through consultative sales techniques.
- Identify new business opportunities in Eugene, Bend, Portland, and SW Washington.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and propose customized automation solutions.
- Develop and refine sales strategies to meet growth targets.
- Lead educational sessions and participate in industry events (BOMA, IFMA, ASHRAE).
- 5+ years of experience in building automation sales (B2B).
- Expertise in automation systems like BACnet, Tridium Niagara, and Distech.
- Experience with large-scale projects and system integration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Strong local and stable work history.
